Hermogenes Manglal-lan

The second-eldest of 7, he is the loving brother of Warlito, Nemacio, Florencia, Juanita, Emeranciana and Enriqueta Manglal-lan. He met his loving wife and partner-in-life of 69 years, Mrs. Lourdes Manglal-lan in Vigan City, Philippines. Together they have four children, Romeo (Minda), Ofelia (Fred), Evelyn and Jocelyn. He immigrated to Canada in 1994 and has lived here since, dedicating his life to his growing family. He is survived by his children; his 6 grandchildren, Glennard (Dona), Hanewin (Victor), Allyza, Patrick, Leah and James; and by his 5 great grandchildren, Lady Elca, Lady Theola, Princess Haven Faith, Venah Wayne and Vhince Godwin.

Hermogenes will be remembered by his contagious smile, passion for cooking, and unconditional love for his family. He was a quiet, honest, and caring man, who was driven by his faith in God. He will be deeply missed and live on forever in our hearts.
