Jae Hyong Pak passed away peacefully at Sunnybrook Health Centre on September 12, 2025, surrounded by his loving brother and two daughters. Born in Nagano, Japan, Jae Hyong spent most of his life in Busan, South Korea, where he proudly served as a quartermaster in the Korean Navy during the war. On September 7, 1966, he married Sung Ae Lee. Together, they built a beautiful life, eventually immigrating to Canada in 1972, where Jae Hyong worked as a skilled tool and dye maker. He was a devoted husband and father to three daughters, cherishing every moment with his family. In retirement, Jae Hyong found joy in the simple pleasures—golfing, bowling, and spending time with those he loved. His warmth, quiet strength, and gentle humor will be deeply missed by all who knew him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, resilience, and dedication.
