Janet(Millin)was more than a sisters-in-law to me , she was like a sister. Our fifty years plus relationship goes back a long and memorable road. She was a strong and responsible person who would do what ever possible to hold her family together. I remember the times she worked two jobs , and still was always able to put food on the table on time . She then found the time to indulge in her favourite hobby by sewing for her family and friends , and she was a marvellous seamstress . I fondly remember going over to her home many many times for lunch/dinner, and then playing cards for fun with the family and her loving husband (Gene/deceased). I missed those times, looking back it was some of the best times ever.
Before covid 19 I spent many hours with her in the long term care home just sitting around and talking. I learned so much about her growing up, we had lots of laughter and I was looking forward to continuing this.
Sadly her body gave up and god was ready to welcome her in heaven with
(Gene, Christine and Ma). I still feel she has gone too soon
I miss you already but I have very pleasant memories of your kindness to me .
Goodbye my very dear sister-in-law with love always
