Dear Ha Family:

My deepest condolences to you during this very difficult time. I can't imagine what you may be going through; I pray that God grants you all the strength in this world to overcome this. Mai was a sweet and wonderful person that only brought positive vibes with her bright smile. I came to the empty office to pickup my laptop  and you were there sorting through papers. We chatted, and shared a smile and a laugh.
