Bob was a great family member and a great friend. He was always there to lend an ear, and he was great at giving advice and helping people in need. His mother, Helen, used to call him a wise owl, and he truly demonstrated this in life.
Bob cherished his independence, but his heart was filled with joy when spending time with his grandchildren, Sebastian Robert and Tilia Marion. He was also active and highly respected in both his tennis and golf communities.
Bob had a great love for old movies and science fiction. He has always said that The Wizard of Oz was the greatest movie ever made.
He made his mark on the world professionally by working as an accountant, eventually entering management at Benjamin Moore Paints before retiring to enjoy the finer things in life.
His interest in astronomy and books about the exploration of strange new worlds can now come to light, as he moves from this world to explore the unknown and join those who have gone there before him.
Bob says goodbye to all his friends, as well as his brother John and sister Patty, his son McKenna and daughter-in-law Ana Maria, Ana Maria's mother Socorro, and especially his grandchildren Sebastian Robert and Tilia Marion.
Bob leaves behind a loving family, but they know that they will see him again in the next life, likely on a golf course or tennis court.
