Peacefully passed away on June 26, 2011 at the age of 72. Beloved husband of Jean Kwai Ching. Loving father of Mark (Peggy) and Gil. Cherished grandfather of Aurora, Trillium, Autumn and Ocean. Samuel will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
Friends may visit the Jerrett Funeral Home, 6191 Yonge Street (2 lights south of Steeles, on the east side) on Friday 4:00pm - 7:00pm and Saturday 9:00am - 10:00am. A funeral service will commence on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 10:00am in the funeral home chapel. Burial at Holy Cross Cemetery to follow.
