He was born in Sarnia, Ontario on June 17, 1933, the youngest of six siblings. He was married to Cherie and together they has 3 beautiful children: Bruce, Cheryl and John.
Vince spent his life dedicated to the word of God and the mission of The Salvation Army. A chartered accountant, he has a very successful career as a financial executive with The Ryerson Press, Unisys, IBM, and Harlequin Enterprises.
Later in his career, he devoted his talents to helping The Salvation Army develop their properties and worked with Rotary International to promote literacy worldwide.
He was also an active and beloved member at Scarborough Citadel. Vince was well known and loved by many at his retirement home, Delmanor Northtown.
He will be fondly remembered by his children, Bruce (Erica) and Cheryl (Stephen); his daughter-in-law , Kim; his eleven grandchildren; and his thirteen great-grandchildren. Predeceased by his wife, Cherie; and son, John. There is peace knowing they have been reunited in heaven.
