

Anna Belle “Wendy” Kyle, 93 of Tyler, went to be with her Lord and Savior on December 2, 2025 in Tyler. She was born January 4, 1932 in Paris, Arkansas to the late Victor Otis and Vera Opal Brand Lee.
Wendy graduated from Charleston High School where she was voted Homecoming Queen her Senior year. She also was a graduate of Tyler Commercial College.
After marrying Earl Dean Hunter, she helped with his printing business, East Texas Printing Company, but most of her years were spent at People’s National Bank- now known as Bank of America. She worked there for 40 plus years before retiring.
She was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Jane Hinds, Margaret Lee and Belinda Johnson; and brothers, Herman, Harold, Robert and Charles Lee. As well as beloved husbands, Earl Dean Hunter and Jerry Kyle.
She is survived by her sons, Mike and wife, Pam Hunter and Mark Hunter; granddaughters, Rachael Wernecke and Ashley Ford (husband, Andy); and great-grandchildren, Hunter, Rylee, Luke, Knox, and Jaxon; sister, Sue Olsen (husband, Coy) and brother, Bill Lee. Several nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews.
She loved her boys fiercely and her granddaughters as well. She also loved to paint, garden, shop and sew. She was a long-time member of Asbury United Methodist Church, but in her later years, has moved her membership to Mt. Sylvan Methodist Church.
A Service to celebrate her life will begin at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 10, 2025 at Lloyd James Funeral Home, with family gathering at 10 am to receive friends prior to the service. She will be laid to rest at Rose Hill Cemetery, Tyler.
Pallbearers will be Mike Webb, Hunter Wernecke, Luke Wernecke, Bob Lee, Jerry Hinds and Andy Ford.
