Dulen L. Hulsey

Services for Dulen L. Hulsey, 85, of Tyler are scheduled for 2:00 P.M. Saturday, January 28, 2012 at Lloyd James Funeral Home Chapel with the Pastor James Fife officiating. Burial will be in Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery under the direction of Lloyd James Funeral Home.

Mr. Hulsey passed away January 25, 2012 in Tyler.

He was born on October 9, 1926 in Brownsboro to the late George and Ethel Jordon Hulsey. He is retired from the Cotton Belt Railroad where he was a telegrapher. He was a member of Glenwood Church of Christ. He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U. S. Army.

He was preceded in death by his parents and twin brother Hulen Hulsey.

He is survived by his wife Eloise Hulsey of Tyler, two daughters Gayla Leigh Gilpin and husband James Russel Gilpin Jr. and Denise Ann Curtis and husband Jackson Curtis, Sister Chlodine Bittner, sister-in-law Dorothy Hulsey and three grandchildren Kurt Gilpin, Matthew Gilpin, Holly Preslar and her husband Hank.

Pallbearers are Jim Gilpin, Matthew Gilpin, Kurt Gilpin, Hank Preslar, Jackson Curtis, and Dean Morris.

Family will receive friends from 5-7 PM on Friday January 27, 2012 at the funeral home.
