He passed away on August 18, 2017 in Tyler.
Gail was born on October 19, 1938 in Vici, Oklahoma to the late Gilbert Gastineau and Letha Mercer.
He is survived by daughters Tiffany Stephens; Tosha Foster; Paige Paullus; Kim Shedd; and Shelly Baker; son Richie Gastineau; brothers Arlen Gastineau and Glenn Gastineau.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife of 45 years Patricia Gastineau; and son Jeffrey Gastineau.
Gail was a loving husband, father and a friend to everyone he met. He was loved by many and will be missed.
