Vera Fae Taylor, age 86, of Tyler, passed away in the mid-afternoon hours of Wednesday, January 22, 2014 at Trinity Mother Frances Medical Center in Tyler. Fae was born on November 14, 1927 in Texas to the late Joe Bailey and Minnie Rudd Dingler. She was married to Ronald Douglas Taylor who preceded her in death in October 2008.
Fae was a Baptist by faith. She loved to read, especially historical romances. Fae also enjoyed the newspaper and completing the crossword puzzles.
She is survived by one sister, Ethel King of Tyler; one step-daughter, Rhonda Dillon of Tyler; and by numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and very special friends.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Monday, January 27, 2014 at Cathedral in the Pines Cemetery with Bro. Roy Thoene officiating.
