Joseph V Caruso

Joe Caruso was a lifelong resident of Union City, born in Jersey City on April 24th 1941.

During his grammar school years he was an altar boy at St. Augustine's Church and graduated from Union Hill High School in 1959 where he played football and was known as the "Bullet", #61. He became a carpenter and married his High School sweetheart, Adrienne Picollo who passed away in 2012.

He is survived by his five children, Adrienne, Dorothy, Jeannie, Joseph and Vincent. His five grandchildren, Marchello, Rachel, Damari, Ali, and Abraham. Joe is also survived by his great-grandson Julian, son of his grandson Ali and granddaughter in law Jessica. He is also survived by his loving aunt Loretta Menta and family. He is loved dearly and will be missed greatly.

A visitation for Joseph will be held Tuesday, April 11, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Leber Funeral Home, 2000 Kennedy Blvd, Union City, NJ 07087.
