Teresa Delgado

Teresa Delgado, 61, of Union City, New Jersey, passed away on Sunday, April 22, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. She is survived by her devoted husband, Jorge, and three loving children, Javier, Patricio, and Stephanie. She will also be lovingly remembered by her mother Angela Peiliker de Ochoa, and siblings Gladys, Jacinto, Amada, Angela, Marcelo, Jacqueline, José, and all of her nieces and nephews.

When first diagnosed with cancer, she refused to let the illness dictate her life. And it never did. By sheer force of will, she celebrated milestones, birthdays, anniversaries, and all the sweet moments in between.

She was a daughter, a sister, an aunt, a friend, mother, wife, and the strongest woman we will ever know.

Teresa's Life Celebration will include visitation on Friday, April 27, from 5 ~ 9 PM at the Leber Funeral Home, 2000 Kennedy Blvd, Union city, NJ, A funeral Mass will be offered on Saturday, April 28, beginning at 10:30 AM at St. Mary's R.C. Church in West New York, NJ. Friends and family may begin gathering at 9:30 am Saturday morning at the Funeral Home before services. Teresa will be laid to rest at Flower Hill Cemetery 4433 JFK Blvd. North Bergen NJ.
