Cary M. Banks

Cary M. Banks age 70 passed away on May 16, 2011. Cary was born on March 11, 1941 in Brownfield, Texas to Alene and Weldon Banks. He was preceded in death by both parents. Cary graduated from Pecos High School and furthered his education at the University of North Texas. Cary worked for Sitterle Homes for 34 years as a superintendent, project manager and construction manager. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather and friend. He touched the lives of many. He is survived by his loving wife Trisha; sisters, Myrna Horn, Rebecca Williams, Shirley and her husband Benjamin Arvizue; brother-in-law Bob Simmons Jr.; his four children, Chuck and his wife Debbie and their five sons Charlie, David, Robbie, Mathew and Jason; Kathy and her husband Paul and their three children Derek, Karianne, and Kayla; Traci and her husband Chris and their three children Christopher, Cody, Tiffany and her fiancé Drew; Mike and his wife Heather and their daughter Zoey. He also has numerous nieces, nephews, extended family, and close friends including his Sitterle Family. A memorial service will be held on Monday, May 23, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at Colonial Funeral Home.
