Irelynn Skye Orr

Irelynn Skye Orr, age 18, of San Antonio, Texas passed away on Wednesday, April 16, 2025. Amber Marie Hebert and Sean Michael Orr welcomed Irelynn to the world on November 24, 2006, at Wilford Hall in San Antonio, Texas.

Irelynn was an artist. She dreamed of living in a van and traveling the world. She wrote beautifully, journals, poems, plays, song lyrics, etc. She loved earthly things, succulents, flowers, peace, trees, birds, animals, and her baby brothers like no other. Her life was short but the love she created and the brightness she left behind will never be forgotten.

Irelynn leaves behind her fathers, Sean M. Orr and Armando Garcia; mothers, Amber M. Hebert and Anna Jane Orr; brothers, Waylon Orr (14), Maverick Orr (5), Lincoln Garcia (1); sisters, Jade Ivory Orr (26) and Amelia “Mia” Garcia (15); paternal grandparents, Ersie and James Orr; and maternal grandparents, Olga and Dave Hebert and Lisa Ann Auter.

The family of Irelynn would like to thank all the family and friends who have supported them in any way they have needed. They would also like to honorably mention the staff at Colonial Funeral Home, Jeramie Garica, and Malinda Lanford.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made by donations to Roy Maas Youth Alternatives Residential Care and Counseling or any youth mental health care fund of your choice. Another way to honor Irelynn and her love of earthly things is planting a tree in her name via her obituary website.

As her family and friend, we’ve gotten the chance to get to know Irelynn and her beautiful light grow and blossom over the year. She will continue to shine through everyone’s life that she touched.

A visitation for Irelynn will be held Thursday, May 1, 2025 at 12:00 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, TX 78148, followed by a Celebration of Life at 1:00 PM.
