M/Sgt. Jack Cantrell Horner, U.S. Army, Retired passed away June 10, 2017. He was born July 6, 1928 in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He served during Korea and Vietnam. Mr. Horner taught at the University of Texas Health Science Center. Survivors include his wife, Nita Horner and many other family members. A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at 6:00 P.M. at Grace Community Church in Universal City. A visitation will be held Sunday, June 25, 2017 from 3:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. at Colonial Funeral Home.
