She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, George Campbell and sister, Linda Blice.
Joyce is survived by son, Donald Campbell (Sabrina); daughter, Melissa Ann Reyna (Brett Magoon); brothers, Jimmy Campbell, Gary Campbell; grandchildren, Roxanne Reyna, Donald Daniels, Sarah Faye, Michael Reyna, Josh Daniels, Brittney Campbell, Justin Seehausen; great-grandchildren, Brielle Nicole Smith, Jayden Carter, Jane Daniels, Josiah Wilson and Jacob.
A memorial service for Joyce will be held Thursday, July 27, 2023 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Colonial Funeral Home, 625 Kitty Hawk Road, Universal City, TX 78148.
