Neal Thomas Richter, age 54 passed away February 13, 2017. He was born November 7, 1962 in San Antonio, Texas. A visitation will be held Sunday, February 26, 2017 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. with a Rosary recited at 7:00 P.M. at Colonial Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be Monday, February 27, 2017 at 11:30 A.M. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 6680 Crestway Drive, San Antonio, Texas 78239. Interment will follow at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church Cemetery in Poth, Texas.
