Sidney H. Harrell, Sr, US Army, Retired of Live Oak, Texas passed away on March 27, 2014 at the age of 82. He was born on September 9, 1931 in Suffolk, Virginia. He served in the United States Army from 1949-1973, serving two tours in Korea and one in Vietnam. He is preceded in death by his parents Ruben and Virga Harrell; son William Harrell; daughter Terry Walker; brother Brooks and his wife Ina Harrell. He is survived by his loving wife of of 61 years Marianne Harrell; children Robert Harrell and his wife Violet, Fay Najarian, Cathy Scheel, Sidney Harrell, Jr. and his wife Gail, Ricky Harrell and his wife Pam, Jeramy Harrell and his wife Wendy, brother Thomas Harrell, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and nephew’s.
