It is with deep sorrow and Christian hope that we announce the passing of Tracy McCalla, who entered into the presence of the Lord on December 7, 2025. Tracy's life was marked by quiet faithfulness, compassion for others, and a steady commitment to doing all things with excellence and grace.
Tracy dedicated many years of her professional life to serving others through her work at Rush Enterprises.
Tracy will be remembered for her warm spirit, gentle kindness, and calm presence. She approached every interaction with compassion and genuine care, and her thoughtful conversations and sincere listening left a lasting impression on all who knew her. She consistently reflected fairness, patience, and integrity in both her personal and professional life.
Outside of work, Tracy found joy in the simple and meaningful things of life. She dearly loved her cats, Gabby and Shadow, and enjoyed reading and listening to podcasts.
Tracy was preceded in death by her mother, Paulette McCalla.
She is survived by her father, James L. McCalla; her siblings, Daniel McCalla, Charlene Rader and her husband John, and Arlo McCalla; and her nieces and nephews, James A. McCalla and his wife Ashley, and Taylor McCalla-Smith.
Tracy will be deeply missed by her family and friends. While we grieve her passing, we do so with hope in the promise of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
