Benjamin Gaither Cullipher, 65 passed away on November 23, 2012 after a tragic motorcycle accident.
A North Carolina native, Mr. Cullipher was preceded in death by his father, Harvey Cullipher, a sister Joyce Poindexter and a brother Shelbert Cullipher.
He was a Viet Nam Veteran of the U.S.M.C., and a member of the Elizabeth City/Coinjock H.O.G.G. Group, the V.F.W. Post and AMVETS Post 101 both in Roanoke Rapids, NC.
Survivors include his loving wife Patricia Cullipher, his mother Cristopher Garris, a son Kenneth Cullipher, a daughter Carol Peele, a stepdaughter Kimberly Gregory, a stepson Scott Lewis, four grandchildren Morgan, Linsey, Matthew, Rachel and a step granddaughter Brandy, two brothers Chris Garris and James Cullipher and a sister Tilley Britton.
A celebration of Mr. Cullipher’s life will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012, 2:00 p.m. at AMVETS Post 101, 1710 West 10th Street, Roanoke Rapids, NC.
