Virginia Beach - Christine W. Barnhill, 86, passed away March 25, 2015. She was born on Sept. 24, 1928 in Norfolk to the late Ravird and Lillie Whitley. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Fabian Barnhill; sister, Marie Durant; and brother, RC Whitley.
Left to cherish her memory are her children, Nelson Adcock, Terri Gaffney, Scott Barnhill, and Barry Barnhill; brother, Albert Wayne Whitley; six grandchildren, Shane, Paige, Bryce, Nelson, Ryan, and Whitley; and six great-grandchilren.
A memorial mass will be held at noon on April 11, 2015 at St. Matthew's Catholic Church. Inunrnment will follow in Rosewood Memorial Park.
