Christie was born on March 8, 1978 in Baltimore, MD and died on December 12, 2025 in Virginia Beach. She is survived by her parents, Karl and Sharon Tool. She is also survived by her aunts and uncles Karen and William Tool, Diane and Richard Tool, Marie and Jon Bullock, Richard and Lisa Duncan, and Betty Roark. Also, cousins Raymond Tool and Heather Tool Velazquez, Joanna Tool McClure, Julia and Arwyn Bullock, Kevin Roark and Andi Page.
Christie graduated from Independent Hill School in Manasas, VA. Christie has lived in numerous locations throughout the country, as her father was in the military. At each location she made friends easily. She was loved by all those that got to know her. Christie loved listening to all types of music and she enjoyed going to dances. She also enjoyed being outdoors and listening to nature.
A funeral service will be held on December 18, 2025, at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, VA at 2:00pm with visitation from 1-2pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to the VBSPCA.
