A visitation for Elsie will be held Wednesday, September 29, 2021 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 North Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462. Following the visitation will be a graveside service at 2:00 PM at Rosewood Memorial Park, 631 North Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462.
