Frank John Mehrtens

Frank John Mehrtens, 92, passed away on January 16, 2021. Mr. Mehrtens was born in New York and retired as a Lieutenant in the United States Navy. He was preceded in death by his brother Albert and a son Frank. Survivors include his loving wife of sixty-six years Barbara J. Mehrtens, three children; John Mehrtens and wife Cindy, Michael Mehrtens, Donna Mehrtens Norvell and husband Mark; brother Fred Mehrtens and a sister Patricia King and husband George King; four grandchildren, David Mehrtens and wife Alysson, Matthew Mehrtens and wife Colleen, Kansas Norvell, Mark T. Norvell and wife Victoria. A Celebration of Life will be celebrated on Friday, January 22, 2021, 5:00 p.m. at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home.
