With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Jeffrey Eric Bills, who left this world on April 4th, 2026, at the age of 50. He was a member of Union Boilermakers Local #45 and was currently working with Allfirst, LLC in Suffolk, Virginia. Jeff was known for his love of fishing and his culinary skills in the kitchen. His smile and ability to make others laugh will be dearly missed. May his memory live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Carol Hilliard, and brother Jamie Bills. Jeff is survived by his wife, Anne Dzengeleski-Bills, and three children, Brennan, Breanne, and Karly, father Larry Bills and wife Darlene, and stepfather John Hilliard. He also leaves behind uncles David McIntosh and wife Teresa, Robert McIntosh, Scott McIntosh, aunt Jane Grim, nephews, niece, and cousins, and a special friend of 40 years, Kenny Lingley.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Aragona Village Moose Lodge on May 9th at 2 pm.
