A native of Chic’s Beach, his family moved to South Florida as a young boy where he was raised. He grew up with his best friend, soul mate, and sister Arin Austin Faison (Tampa, FL). Bob was a successful entrepreneur and leader, returning to Virginia Beach in 2010 to co found Incredible Supply and Logistics, an industrial distribution company which serves the federal government and the United States military worldwide.
Bob’s sharp mind, big personality, and leadership were overshadowed only by his selflessness, heart, and love of family. This was especially evident in his love and adoration of his teenage daughter, Allie. She is a talented, shining example of who her parents prayed she would become.
Bob will be missed dearly by his father, Bobby and Bobby’s wife Natalie and the remaining members of the Faison and Matzen clans, along with a loyal tribe of friends in Virginia, Florida, and elsewhere.
