She is survived by her loving husband Jose P. Fernandez; son Jose P. Fernandez, Jr.; daughter Jazmin Fernandez; parents Roberto Machado and Maria Bacallao; sister Maria E. Madrigal; and nephew Ian Carlos Madrigal.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 19, 2016 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, Virginia. A funeral service will be at 1:00 pm followed by a burial at Rosewood Memorial Park.
