A veteran of the U.S. Army, Mr. Cupp retired after 37 years from Civil Service as a heavy equipment operator. He was an avid bowler and golfer once scoring a Hole In One.
Survivors include his loving wife of 48 years, Brenda K. Cupp; a son David Cupp; daughter Nikole Cupp; granddaughter Brittney Cole and a brother Ted Cupp and wife Ruth.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 5, from 6 to 7:30p.m. at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home. A graveside service will be Tuesday, 11:00 a.m. at Rosewood Memorial Park.
