Nery Altagracia Marrero, 48, passed away on February 20, 2021. She was a loving, kind, very giving, and generous person. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile. She co-owned along with her husband La Tienda store on Bonney Rd in Virginia Beach. Nery loved to travel, music, shop and spend time with her family and her Doggy Penny. Left to cherish her memory are her husband of 16 years, Edwin Marrero; son, Dylan Michael Marrero; mother, Maria Alt. Gutierrez De Arias; father, Felix Antonio Pichardo Fernandez; brothers, Norberto Antonio Pichardo Gutierrez, Felix Manuel Pichardo Gutierrez, Victor Manuel Pichardo Rodriguez; sisters, Carmen Iris Pichardo Duran, Jhoselin Del Carmen Pichardo, Glenis Alt. Pichardo Duran, Solange Del Carmen Pichardo Rodriguez. The family will receive friends from 4-8:00 PM on Sunday, February 28, 2021, at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home.
