Peggy Dean (Savage) Turner

Peggy Dean (Savage) Turner, age 76, of Chesapeake, Virginia went to be with the lord on Saturday, November 14, 2020. Peggy was born March 21, 1944 in Norfolk, Virginia. She was the daughter of the late Joseph Woodrow Savage and Golda Small Savage, and the widow of Beamon Lee Turner. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker for her family. She was very active in the sports community in the Chesapeake area. Surviving are her three children, Bonnie Lynn Rose, Beverly Lea Turley, and Bryan Lee Turner and his wife, Faith; three sisters Gloria Sue Savage, Judy S Caldwell and her husband Jim, and Debra L Ashworth; seven grandchildren and one grandchild, Matthew Ryan Turley, awaiting his grandmother’s arrival in Heaven with open arms; seven great-grand children; and several nieces and nephews. And two life long friends Pat and Wayne Larson. A private funeral service is being held for family. She will be buried at Rosewood Memorial Park.
