Robert L. Capps

Robert was a Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force during Vietnam, and retired from NS Railroad after 31 years of service as a Locomotive Engineer. He was a 33rd Degree Mason in Taylor Lodge #23, Salem, VA, and a member of Khedive Temple and The Legion of Honor, Chesapeake, VA.

He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years Marilyn Capps; son Gregory Capps and his wife Katie; granddaughter Trinity; and brother Sidney L. Capps III and wife Linda.

A visitation will be held on Monday, December 17, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach, VA. A Celebration of Life will be held on Tuesday, December 18, 2018 at 11 a.m. at the funeral home, followed by a burial at Rosewood Memorial Park.
