Virginia Beach - Robert A. "Bob" Parsons, 87, of Virginia Beach, died Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Sentara Hospice House. Born May 24, 1928, in Erie, PA, he was the son of the late Robert R. Parsons and Hermine Niece. He was the husband of the late Mary L. "Mickey" Welsh Parsons, his wife of 65 years.
