Tan Tho Giang, age 84, of Fredericksburg, Virginia passed away on Sunday, October 8, 2023. Tan was born on January 20, 1939 in China.
A visitation for Tan will be held Sunday, October 15, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home, 601 North Witchduck Road, Virginia Beach, Virginia 23462. A celebration of life will occur Monday, October 16, 2023 at 11:30 AM at the funeral home followed by a burial at Rosewood Memorial Park.
