Virginia Lee Wagner, 96, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 18, 2021. Born in Norfolk, she was the daughter of the late Charles M. and Sarah T. Levy. She was preceded in death by her husbands, John C. McNaughton, Jr. and John E. Wagner; a brother, George Levy; and a sister Ella L. Paxton.
She is survived by a sister, Mary L. Kelly along with several nieces and nephews. She was formally employed by Hasler and Company Shipping Agency and she was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. For many years, she enjoyed bowling in duckpin leagues and volunteering with the local SPCA.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 2 pm with a visitation one hour prior at Rosewood Kellum Funeral Home, 601 N. Witchduck Rd., Virginia Beach , VA. Interment will follow at Rosewood Memorial Park.
