Wilma Joann Pearson, 81, passed away on November 9, 2021. She was born April 25, 1940 in Rutherfordton, NC to the Late Ralph and Dora McEntire. She was married to her longtime friend and love, Ronald E. Pearson when she passed for 29 years. Wilma loved to love on people especially her family and children. She had a love for gardening in her flower beds, antiquing, impeccable dressing and babysitting children. She definitely had a soft spot for “Her Babies”. Always a wonderful loving person, on the go all the time. Her body and hands never stayed still. Also, never taking much rest or time for herself.
She Was predeceased by two siblings, Wayne McIntire and Brenda. Left to cherish her memory was her children: 2 Daughter’s Sherri Graves and Angie Graves, 2 Sons Eddie Graves, Jeff Graves his wife Sherry and 3 Grandchildren Jenny Sison, Autumn DeForno and Taylor Graves. Her Brothers Ralph McIntire, Jr. his wife KaJiphhan, Marvin McIntire his wife Selma, and Jerry McIntire.
The family will receive friends from 2:00-3:00 pm on Saturday November 13, 2021 at Rosewood-Kellum Funeral Home with a funeral service at 3:00pm. Burial will be in Albert G. Horton Jr, Memorial Veterans Cemetery at a later date. In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation or the Parkinson’s Foundation.
