Kevin Matz Maldonado

Born in Furth Germany, Kevin was the son of Frank and Judith (Matz) Maldonado. Kevin grew up in Austin Texas, and moved to Rhode Island to go to Johnson and Wales University where he meet his wife. They then moved to Colorado and then Texas! Then finally settled in Rhode Island. Kevin always love to travel and have new experiences and meet new people.

Kevin was a graduate of Johnson and Wales University, and the went on to receive a degree from the New England Institute of Technology. He was employed as a HVAC Technician, prior to his to illness. Kevin was a third degree blackbelt. He loved to go fishing, cooking, and spending most of his time with his family.

Besides his wife and parents, Kevin is survived his children, Jacob J. and Abigail R. Maldonado, a sister, Stephanie L.Villanueva (Anthony), three brothers, Patrick F. Maldonado (Melissa), Damon E. Maldonado (Aimee), and Bradley K. Maldonado (Will), as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends and his extended Palmer family.

A celebration of Kevin’s life will be held on Saturday, January 14, 2023 beginning at 9:30 am with a funeral home service at 10:30 am in the Russell J. Boyle and Son Funeral Home located at 142 Centerville Road,Warwick, RI. Burial to follow in St Ann’s Cemetery in Cranston, RI.
