Born in Attleboro, MA, he was a son of the late Walter L. and Hattie M. (Cleveland) Fish.
Bob was the owner and operator of Bob Fish Motors in North Attleboro for many years until his retirement. He was a Master Mason, affiliated with the Ezekiel Bates Lodge A.F. & A.M. in Attleboro, MA. Bob was a dedicated member of the Armenian Evangelical Church in Cranston, having served as a deacon and a board member. A prolific and published poet, Bob received notable consideration for poet laureate. He was also an avid poker player and bridge player and won many awards.
He was the loving father of Dr. Kimberlee Chatson, Kevin Fish (Anthony), and Robin Marshall; adored stepfather of Renee Roy, William J. Roy Jr. (Donna), and Christopher J. Roy (Christine); and cherished grandfather of ten. He was the father of the late Robert Fish Jr. and Leslie Fish, and brother of the late Mae Lusier, Jim, Fred and Jerry Fish.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service on Wednesday, August 7th at 11:00 a.m. in the Armenian Evangelical Church, 180 Oaklawn Avenue, Cranston. Burial will be private.
