Carol Henry

Carol Lee Henry, age 45, went to be with her Lord, Thursday April 10, 2014. She was preceded in death by her mother, Hattie Perry. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Jack Henry: children, Alicia, Abigail, and Allen Henry; father, Charles Perry, brothers, Kevin (Dawn) Perry and David Perry; and sisters, Diane (Jerry) Spence, Linda (Terry) Perry. Visitation with the family will be held from 1 to 4PM Sunday, April 13 at Kubiak-Cook Funeral Services in Dorr, 4330 18th Street, with a Vigil Service beginning at 1 PM. Funeral Mass will be held 10:30 AM Monday April 14, at St. Sebastian Catholic Church - Historic Church, 9408 Wilson SW, with visitation beginning at 9:30 AM.
