Julia Wolf

Julia K. Wolf, age 93 formerly of Wayland, passed away February 15, 2013 at the Whispering Woods Assisted Living Facility. Julia was a member of the Wyoming Seventh Day Adventist Church for many years. During her working years she worked for several bakeries in both production and decorating cakes which she excelled at. Julia is survived by her son; Edward (Hillie) Horton of Kentwood, daughters; Lila Spaman of New Mexico, Delores (Leo) Vance of Illinois, Nyla (Robert) Smith of Wayland, daughters-in-law; Ila Horton of Middleville MI, and Jan Kent of Howard City, along with many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren. Preceding Julia in death are her parents; Melvin Smith and Lena Kent, brother; Loyld Berry Jr., two husbands; Alfred Horton and Edwin Wolf, sons; James Kent and Richard Horton. Visitation for Julia will be held on Monday, February 18, 2013 from 11 am till 2 pm at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Chapel, 312 N. Main St Wayland, MI 49348. Funeral services will begin at 2 pm at the Kubiak-Cook Funeral Chapel on Monday, February 18, 2013 with Pastor Dan Rachor officiating. Memorials in Julia's name may be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
