I am deeply saddened to just now hear of Christie's passing.  (I've always called her Christie).  Although it has been a great many years since our family's get-togethers, I have often thought about my father's side of the family.  My deepest condolences go to uncle Bill and my cousins and especially to Christine's husband, children, and family.  Chris was such a beautiful little girl who developed into a wonderful woman.  My (and Margaret's) prayers go to our entire family.  I know that Christie is now at peace and now with aunt Cookie. While I was the oldest girl cousin in the Mauchmar family:  Chris could always hold her own, and didn't take any of the "bologna" I sometimes tried to use to boss  around the younger kids.  That is my strongest memory of  Christine throughout her life:  She had her beliefs; she knew what was right and wrong; and she always held her ground.  She loved her family above all else, and had a smile and a laugh that could light up a room.  While her passing is much too soon, she is at peace with the Lord.
