Angelina Smith Wilson, 74, loving wife, mother and nanny, passed away on August 17, 2013. She was born on July 23, 1939, to Jack and Mary Smith, who preceded her in death. Her brothers: Jack Jr. and Jake, sisters: Katherine Bailey and Roselee Fountain also preceded her in death.
Angie is survived by her husband of 56 years Bobby Joe Wilson, sons: Rick and wife Kim, David and wife Holly, 5 grandchildren: Desiree Benson and husband Marshal, Aimee Griffin and husband David, Kayla Smith and husband John, Harley Wilson and J.C. Henry, 6 great grandsons: Taegan, Daxton, Jayden, Ryler, Matthew and Kenneth, brothers: Jimmy, Johnny and Joe Bob Smith and her sisters: Margaret Fawn, Virginia Washington and Janis Wagner.
Angie loved hunting, fishing, cooking for her family and would never miss a good poker game. And, according to her sons, she could swing a mean broom when scolding didn’t work. Her memories will be forever cherished by all who shared her love.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, August 20, 2013, from 6:00 pm to 8:200 pm at Forest Park East Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 10:00 am on Wednesday, August 21, 2013.
