Frank V. Dantes

Frank V. Dantes entered into eternal rest on February 11, 2018. He was born on October 13, 1927 in Mexico City, Mexico to the late Francisco Dantes and Norma Velazquez. Frank was a faithful worker as a bartender at the Drake Hotel for 25 years and never had a single complaint about his job. Some of his hobbies included being a dominoes enthusiast and visiting the ocean at Galveston. He had an incomparable passion for his family and never failed to provide for them. He enjoyed long road trips and driving down the open road, hiking up volcanoes, relaxing in hot springs, and brushing up on his history.

He is survived by his wife Ascension Dantes; son Edward Dantes and wife Tricia, daughter Elizabeth Dantes, son Alex Dantes and wife Philly, and son Charlie Dantes; grandchildren Ashley, Kristina, Alyssa, Anthonie, Daniel, Diana, Evan, and Xavier; great grandchildren Khloe and Miley; brother Armando Dantes and wife Paloma, and various other family and friends.

Visitation will be held at Forest Park East Funeral Home, 21620 Gulf Freeway, Webster, Texas, 77598, on Thursday, February 15, 2018 from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and the funeral service will be on Friday, February 16, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. with a committal service to follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
