Harry William Hart, 72, of Angleton, Texas passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, March 11. He was born in Freeport, Texas, on January 4, 1943; the son of George James and Jewel Pearl Hart. After graduating from Texas A & M with a degree in engineering, Harry joined NASA and enjoyed a long and successful 46 year career. His sister, Gail Johnston of Tiburon California, survives him along with his aunt, Annie Hoya of Nacogdoches; first cousins Akriel Byrd of Sugarland; JoAnn Carter, Chris and Charles Hoya of Nacogdoches; Angela Della-Calce of Katy; and many nieces and nephews. A visitation will be held Monday, March 16, 2015 from 1:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at Forest Park East Funeral Home. The celebration of Harry’s life will begin at 3:00 p.m. with Chaplain Alan Ritchie officiating. Interment will follow the celebration of life in Forest Park East Cemetery. Mr. Hart will be missed by his friends, relatives and fishing companions. The family asks that any donations may be made to the St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
