Hazel was preceded in death by her husband of 76 years Robert Eugene Hardesty, Sr. and sons Robert Eugene, Jr. and Lawrence David Hardesty.
She is survived by her son William Albert Hardesty Sr. and spouse Shirley Hardesty; grandchildren William Albert Hardesty, Jr., Thomas Eugene Hardesty Sr., Dorothy Aileen Price, Jaimee Rhea Kitchens, Amanda Kay Frank, Tammy Lynne Hardesty, and Lauren Davina Hardesty; 13 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Joy Archer; along with numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation for Hazel will be held Monday, November 8, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m at Forest Park East Funeral Home. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 10:00 a.m. at Forest Park East Cemetery.
