Irene Sarah Sarabi of Seabrook, Texas was born June 6, 1942 in Brooklyn, New York to Samuel Belfer and Frieda Wolfe Belfer. She passed away April 14, 2013 in a local hospital after a long illness. Irene was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends, traveling, baking and knitting.
Survivors include her husband, Houshang Sarabi; son, William Sarabi; Three Daughters and their husbands, Frances Sarabi and Chris Coker; Arian and husband Mark Dulevitz; Kari and husband Jared Colley; Three Grandchildren, William, Sara, Aidan, Dulevitz and two nephews, Sheldon Levine and Barton Gear.
Visitation will begin at 3:00 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2013 in the Chapel at Forest Park East Funeral Home with Funeral Services to following at 4:00 p.m. The family will receive friends immediately following services for a reception at Forest Park East Funeral Home.
