Raised by loving parents, John E. White, Jr. and Katherine White, he was, from a very young age, an adventurous, outdoors man.
Jason was very proud of serving for 6 years in the United States Navy, on the America, as an electrician’s mate.
Anyone that knew him, knew of his love of the water, and he spent the majority of his life, fishing whenever he could. Jason was a loving, kind man, who if you were friend or family, had your back. He was very knowledgeable about many things and his machinist skills were extraordinary.
He is survived by his loving mom and confidant, Katherine White, his big brother, John A. White and wife, Yvette, his loving daughter, Riley Antosh, her husband, Mike, grandchildren Kaiden, Claire, Maddie, Brock, and his longtime companion, Patty Trobough, Aunt Elaine and husband, Kenneth, cousins Grant Stephenson, Jack Stephenson and their families, Aunt Linda Killion and her children Mary, Anna, Arné, and Rufflin and their families, and Aunt Doris Springer and her children Doreen, and siblings, along with their families, of Louisiana and Mississippi.
He is preceded in death by his beloved “Pop”, John E. White, Jr. of Houston, grandparents, Roland and Eunice Thibodeaux of Louisiana, Aunt Peggy of New Iberia, Uncle Jim of Slidell, and Uncle Bill Killion of Louisiana.
The family would like to thank the doctors and staff at Methodist Willowbrook, for the care and compassion they provided during this difficult time, as well as Silverado Hospice and the hospice staff. Many thanks are also extended to his employer, BPM Microsystems, and especially his boss, John Bondurant. Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared below for the White family.
