Visitation will be from 6-8 pm Thursday, October 13, 2011 and the funeral will be held at 10:00am Friday, October 14, 2011 at Forest Park East Funeral Home.
Joshua was survived by his mother, Melissa Cecile Billiot Toups, his father, Wilber Lee Toups Jr., and his dog, Roxie Marie Toups.
Joshua was loved by many and was bubba to many. He could put a smile on anyone face, even when you were down and out. What an amazing smile he had.
Joshua was preceded in death by his grandfathers: Frank Billiot, a native and resident of Houma, La. and Wilber Lee Toups Sr., a resident of Forth Worth, Tx.
