She was born in League City on 05/24/1943 to UN and Irene Fraley. She was married to GL James for 46 years. Joyce had a career in Bookkeeping/Accounting for Gene Hammon Ford, among others.
She had a passion for Children and Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by GL James, UN Fraley, Irene Fraley, Herman Fraley, and Bill Fraley.
She is survived by son Don James and wife Jackie James, daughter Lisa Ewing, grandchildren, Charlie Ewing, Justin James, Aaron Ewing, and wife Natalie, Amanda Deel and wife Courtney Deel, great-grandchildren Jude Bordonaro and Evelyn Ewing, as well as siblings Betty Crum and Allen Fraley.
A Memorial Celebration of Joyce’s life will be held Friday, April 2 at 2:00PM in the Chapel of Forest Park East Funeral Home. Deacon Andrew Mason will be officiating.
