Laura Gail Pool Phillips, age 85, left this world on January 30, 2020. She was the daughter of C.G. Pool and Christine Mann Pool of South Houston, Texas. Gail worked many years with her father at his real estate business. She served many years on the Chamber of Commerce Board and was President from 1998 to 1999. Gail was a very loving mother, grandmother, aunt and friend. She had a quick wit and spoke her mind. Gail will be missed by all her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; both brothers; son, Kevin Earl Phillips and his son, Mason Patrick Phillips. Gail is survived by her two daughters, Leah Phillips Vogt and Karen Phillips Conner, and their husbands; 9 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; her sister, Sara Pool Hudson; and her beloved dogs, Buddy and Red.
